The nearly 60-day factory expansion project has concluded successfully. This project focused on upgrading production hardware and optimizing processes, precisely implementing several key measures to lay a solid foundation for increased production capacity and quality assurance.

In terms of hardware configuration, the project added one new modeling device and simultaneously replaced two oil cooler air and water tightness inspection stations. All new equipment has undergone full pre-shipment testing, meeting all performance standards and is ready for immediate production, providing solid support for product accuracy and stability.

The production environment and process optimization progressed simultaneously. The factory installed rubber flooring, effectively improving the working environment. The assembly department was also reorganized and redesigned to further streamline production processes, significantly improving process flow and ensuring a smoother and more efficient overall production process.

The successful completion of this expansion project not only solidifies the factory's production hardware foundation but also optimizes the production operations system, providing strong momentum for future capacity expansion and quality improvements.
